When arriving home from a trip or welcoming guests or renters, we will meticulously prepare your home for arrival. We will make sure that all linens are fresh, all furniture and patio furniture is uncovered,  and sidewalks and entryways are tidy. We will also clean your home between visitors as well.

• Table & Chairs (dusted or wiped down)
• Scour sink
• Sweep & mop floor

Bathrooms

• Disinfect clean & scrub showers, tubs, toilet & sinks
• Polish mirrors
• Sweep and clean floor

Bedrooms

• Clean & Replace bed linens upon request
• Dust nightstands, dressers, lamp shades and lamps
• Vacuum or wipe down floors

The services above are billed at $45.00 for the first hour and $25.00 for each additional hour. Billing will be for a minimum of one hour at $45.00 and any services exceeding one hour will be billed in 30-minute increments.

Any services outside of normal business hours (7:00 AM until 6:00 PM), Monday through Friday, including weekend services, holiday and emergency services will be billed at an additional $10.00 per hour.

Home Watch Solutions, LLC requires a 24-hour notice for all and any cancellations pertaining to any scheduled visits. Please be advised that failure to cancel services outside the 24 hours will result in a full service charge to your credit card. Any cancellations for service before the 24-hour period will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Home Watch Solutions, LLC accepts payment in the form of Visa and MasterCard.

For all services above, any distance traveled outside of a 20-mile perimeter will be billed at $0.32 per mile.
