Your property is important because it is your home and investment. All homeowners have concerns about their property when going away. Absentee services assures that the home is visited and inspected on a regular basis to prevent serious damage caused by utilities, appliances, roof, pool or pipe issues and insects or mildew. (Insurance claims on your home may not be covered if the home is unoccupied for more than 30 days).  Details of each inspection are communicated to the client to diminish concerns regarding the care and condition of your home. 

Daily Inspection Services:

• Pick up mail, newspaper and flyers
• Confirm that all doors and windows remain secure
• Check security system
• Inspect exterior and interior of property for obvious concerns (i.e. broken limbs, insect / critter issues, etc.)
• Limited Pet Services (more inclusive services available upon request)
• Additional items may be added

Daily Fee per visit - Single Family Home.............................$25.00 & up

Daily Fee per visit - Townhome..............................................$21.00 & up

Daily Fee per visit -  Condominium.......................................$17.50 & up

Weekly Inspection Services:

• Pick up flyers or newspapers
• Check security system
• Confirm that all doors and windows remain secure
• Check thermostat for proper functions
• Check all appliances for normal operation
• Check ceilings for any evidence of water damage
• Flush toilets and run faucets to ensure standard quality of water in lines
• Inspect exterior and interior  property for obvious concerns (i.e. broken limbs, insect / critter issues, etc.)
• Insure that the pool and landscape are properly maintained
• Run garbage disposal
• Water interior plants and exterior containers (more inclusive services available upon request)
• Start automobile(s) 
• Additional items upon request

Weekly Fee per visit  Townhome...........................................$31.00 & up

Weekly Fee per visit Condominium......................................$27.50 & up

• Insure that the pool and landscape are properly maintained

• Run dishwasher
• Check all lighting and replace light bulbs as necessary
• Check that pool and lawn are maintained
• Start automobile(s)

Monthly Fee per visit - Single Family Home........................$45.00 & up

Monthly Fee per visit - Townhome........................................$41.00 & up

Monthly Fee per visit - Condominium..................................$37.50 & up

A 24-hour notice is appreciated for all requested services outside of your regular inspection schedule so there is not interference with existing clientele services. We understand emergencies and would be happy to work with you to make sure we can meet your needs.

Any task outside of the inspection menu above is billed at $45.00 for the first hour and $25.00 for each additional hour. Billing will be for a minimum of one hour at $45.00 and any services exceeding one hour will be billed in 30-minute increments.

Any services outside of normal business hours (7:00 AM until 6:00 PM), Monday through Friday, including weekend service, holidays and emergency service will be billed at an additional $10.00 per hour.

Home Watch Solutions, LLC requires a 24-hour notice for all and any cancellations pertaining to any scheduled visits. Please be advised that failure to cancel services outside the 24 hours will result in a full service charge to your credit card. Any cancellations for service before the 24-hour period will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Home Watch Solutions, LLC accepts payment in the form of Visa and MasterCard.

For all services above, any distance traveled outside of a 20-mile perimeter will be billed at $0.32 per mile.
