SUPPLIER / CONTRACTOR COORDINATION

In close communication with the client, Home Watch Solutions performs a number of tasks

• Arranges for and meets service people (i.e. plumbers, cooling/heating professionals, etc.)

• Coordinates several estimates for home improvement projects

• Meets contractors for home improvements

• Oversees the supplier / contractor as appropriate

• Secures home upon completion of work

• Provides a vendor recommendation, should the client not have a preferred vendor

• Directs vendor invoicing as appropriate
